Malina Prusińska-Kurpiewska is a seasoned leader in localization, content operations, and global workflow optimization with over 20 years of hands-on experience guiding high-growth teams through complex internationalization challenges. She is known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, simplifying operational complexity, and building resilient systems that scale with business growth.

Malina began her career in 2005 as a Project Specialist in the video gaming industry, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multi-disciplinary localization workstreams. From there, she expanded her expertise across global content operations roles spanning technology, media, and entertainment, including leadership positions at Autodesk, Lionbridge, Viacom, and Roboto, before stepping into executive operational leadership.

Her work consistently bridges strategic vision and practical execution: redesigning workflows, aligning teams around shared goals, rationalizing technology stacks, and ensuring quality and consistency at global scale. In 2022, Malina took on the role of VP of Services at LocalizeDirect, where she oversaw operations and service delivery across complex global localization programs.

Malina holds a Master of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of Wroclaw, a foundation that informs her deep appreciation for language, narrative, and cross-cultural nuance.

Maya García del Moral brings deep expertise in localization quality, vendor strategy, and global content operations. Her work focuses on building reliable, scalable localization ecosystems — combining linguistic insight with strong operational governance.

With a background spanning quality assurance, vendor management, and complex localization programs, Maya has supported organizations across technology, healthcare, and media as they navigated growth, complexity, and rising quality expectations. She is particularly skilled at designing quality frameworks, optimizing supplier portfolios, and ensuring consistent outcomes across markets and content types.

Maya’s approach bridges detail and structure: she understands the realities of linguistic work on the ground, while also shaping systems that make quality measurable, repeatable, and sustainable over time. Her experience covers the full localization lifecycle — from content evaluation and workflow design to vendor performance management and continuous improvement.

She holds a Master’s degree in Creative Translation from the University of Valencia and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation Studies from Universitat Jaume I, grounding her operational work in a strong understanding of language, context, and cultural nuance.
